Question: I have a question about my water/sewer bill?

Answer: The Authority does not handle water/sewer bills. We are the treatment plant only. You need to contact your community for billing questions. For your communities phone number, click here.



Question: I have a complaint about odor?

Answer: Contact the Authority (click here for information) with your complaint and we will do everything we can to solve the problem at hand. We do work around the clock at preventing odors from the plant, but sometimes they do occur. If you would like, please provide your contact information to whomever you speak to at the Authority.
